Corporación Aceros Arequipa se lanza tras 51% de Comasa

Aceros Arequipa has acquired, through a Public Acquisition Offer (OPA), 66,35% of the share capital of Comercial del Acero that was not yet in its possession. After concluding the operation, Aceros Arequipa becomes the full owner of the company, since it previously owned 33,65% of the remaining shareholding.

Aceros Arequipa was advised by LXG Asesores and on Comasa's part it was UNE Asesores.
