Macrocapitales, a Peruvian investment fund manager, has acquired a controlling stake in the share capital of Pastipan, also Peruvian. Pastipan, based in Lima, has been in operation for about eight years and is dedicated to the manufacture of snacks, cakes, breads, pastas and sauces, for which they have a plant in San Luis, in addition to five stores located in San Isidro and Groove.
