Algodonera Peruana aims for new purchases in the textile sector
La Agodonera Peruana, based in Lima, has acquired the 100% share capital of Textil Oceano. Textil Oceano, also based in Lima, is dedicated to the manufacturing of fabrics. In the first quarter they will launch their brands for Peru and the US market. With the purchase of Textil Oceano they are also looking for new ground to unify operations.
