The transaction amount has reached USD 8m.<\/p>\n<p>Charlotte, also located in Lima, operates in the hospitality segment and is dedicated to the administration of a chain of gourmet coffee shops.<\/p>\n<p>This transaction will lead to the opening of six to eight new gourmet coffee shops a year, both inside shopping centers and in street locations.
