Técnica Avícola (TECAVI), a company focused on the production of foods based on protein of animal origin, acquired more than 90% of the shares of Oregon Foods as part of its non-organic growth plan in the country. UNE Asesores Financieros and Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría led the transaction on the sellers' side, while LegalCorp advised TECAVI.
