UNE Asesores Financieros advised Luz del Sur on the acquisition of Sojitz Arcus Investment, owner of the two main solar energy plants in southern Peru: Majes Arcus and Repartión Arcus whose combined installed capacity reaches 40MWp.
This strategic transaction for more than US$ 130m represents for Luz del Sur its commitment to sustainable development objectives and its incorporation into the renewable energy generation market.
