He has more than 28 years of experience in the financial sector, of which the last 10 years he served as General Manager of PRIMA AFP, a pension fund administrator with more than US$10 billion of AUM. Previously, he was Manager of Personal Banking in Lima, Manager of Consumer Banking at the national level and Manager of Financial Planning at Banco de Crédito del Perú- BCP.

Before that, she was Commercial Manager of Credicorp Capital Servicios Financieros S.A. and Vice President of Portfolio Administration. She was also Senior Associate of Investment Products in Asset Management at BCP. Before that she was Head of Citigold Product at Citibank

He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and an MBA from the Sloan School of Management. He has 19 years of experience in financial markets. He was Managing Director of Credicorp Capital Asset Management, leading the regional research team for fixed income, equities, and sovereign risk. Previously, he served as Portfolio Strategy Manager for the Breca Group. He also worked at ONYX EM, an asset management boutique based in São Paulo, Brazil, as well as at BTG Pactual (Brazil/Peru) and UBS (United States/Brazil), where he analyzed various industries in Latin America. He is also a veteran of the United States Air Force.

Graduated in Administration and Accounting from the Universidad del Pacifico. She also has a diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) from the Universidad del Pacífico. She previously worked at PwC Peru as a due diligence and financial audit analyst, performing analysis of various sectors: financial, construction, logistics, industrial and health.

He has participated in executive training programs at Saïd Business School – University of Oxford (Economics and Behavioral Finance) and at the Universidad del Pacífico (Corporate Finance). He was Transactions and Corporate Finance Manager at Ernst & Young (EY) where he led various company valuation projects, tangible asset valuation (real estate) and intangible assets; in business modeling projects and in M&A transactions, for different LATAM sectors.
