Agroindustrial Danper closed the purchase of 100% of Dominus shares
Danper Trujillo, the producer and exporter of vegetables, fruits and gourmet products, acquired 100% of the share capital of Dominus. Dominus, a company from Piura, focuses on the production and export of fresh and frozen mango and has a plant in Tambogrande.
Danper is a joint venture of Peruvian and Danish capital, which already has 20 years of experience in the agribusiness, and to date has 7,000 cultivated hectares, both on the north and south coast, as well as in the central and southern mountains of the country. Its exports occur in all 5 continents.
