Travel Max and Discover Peru

The buyers, Collins Family Ventures, an investment fund located in the United States, hired UNE to advise them in the evaluation, structuring and negotiation of the acquisition of the companies Travel Max and its subsidiary Discover Peru. After negotiation between UNE and the sellers, a beneficial agreement was reached for both parties and the transaction was successfully completed through the purchase of the company's 100%. The competitive advantage was acquiring a travel company located in the United States and also in Peru, and thus they could combine the strengths of both headquarters to create an organization capable of truly significant growth.
