Sunshine Export sells part of its shares to Limones Piuranos and English Wealmoor

Limones Piuranos and Wealmoor Group UK have purchased a majority stake in the Sunshine Export company. The amount of the operation has been USD 8.8m. Sunshine Export, based in Piura, Peru, is the country's second largest mango exporter. The operation closed a few days ago and the Wong family, owner of the mango producer, will have active participation. Experience of both buyers will be reflected at a commercial level.
